LANDLORD & TENANT SURVEYOR – BIRMINGHAM

Collingwood Rigby is a successful private practice of property asset managers and investment consultants, based in Harborne, Birmingham with in excess of £1Bn of assets under management. Our 14 strong team asset manage a diverse portfolio of properties located throughout the UK, acting on behalf of a range of blue-chip clients.

Due to a significant increase in funds under asset management we require an additional professional surveyor to undertake landlord and tenant negotiations.

The Role

• Working within the existing professional team, you will be handing a substantial portfolio of multi leased properties throughout the UK.

• The negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews direct with occupiers and occupiers agents.

• Responsibility for the performance of your property portfolio, liaising with the property asset manager and fund manager.

• Identification of opportunities for asset enhancement through lease restructuring negotiations etc.

The Individual

• Property related degree and MRICS qualification with a minimum of 2 years PQE.

• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role either client side or in private practice.

• The capability of working within a small but expanding professional team, focusing on delivering performance for fund management clients.

The Package

This vacancy represents a rare opportunity for an ambitious professional surveyor to join a successful and expanding asset management and investment practice. We are flexible as to the level of experience that is required but ideally are targeting a motivated individual seeking a salary of circa £40,000 per annum, with the package including a generous bonus scheme, pension and life cover together with a fully expensed company car.
