We have close links with a large number of institutional and property company investors and our clients both appreciate and benefit from the exclusive opportunities we are often able to present them with. Despite being a small team, Collingwood Rigby has been involved in a number of the largest investment transactions in the Midlands, including the acquisition and disposal of major City Centre office buildings and large industrial portfolios.
