To ensure that our clients’ property assets are actively managed, we manage a team of external letting agents, building surveyors and lawyers, all selected for their specific skills or local expertise. The use of external consultants and agents means we can assemble the best possible team for each instruction.

Each contract is personally managed by either a partner or senior asset manager and can be structured as a stand-alone agreement or integrated with clients’ existing in-house asset management teams.
